Filibuster stays intact because Senate GOP is worthless. 2. Democrats will take the senate in possibly '28 or '30 (doubtful in '26, but certainly possible due to GOP ineptitude, incompetence and corruption) 3. As Trump said, within the first hour of the first session, the dems will eliminate the filibuster. 4. If a Dem is in the white house, the country will be lost FOREVER. Done. Cooked. El fin.
