The way that Hasan Piker fans hold my DV history against me is repulsive. It's not just bad behavior towards me, as an individual. It's an effort to silence all women who speak out. Given what I've heard happens to women in the streaming space, I suspect a broader "social code" is in action. If you are a woman and men abuse you--including the men who "stream"--they will get their internet armies to abuse you further. I will never shut up and I invite any woman who is a victim of this type of abuse to contact me for help/resources. Shame is the tool of the oppressors.
