NEW - A 15-year-old 764 member from Portland is being charged with 1st degree domestic terrorism and 12 counts of attempted murder for mixing chemicals and releasing toxic gas in his high school cafeteria.
Investigators say the teen entered the cafeteria during lunchtime and created hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen cyanide gas before passing out.
At least 7 people in the cafeteria needed medical care and 100 others were evaluated.
The school was evacuated and cleared by a Hazmat team.
At the teen's home, investigators found more dangerous chemicals, and a review of seized electronic devices revealed his connection to 764 and related online groups.
The teen also posted on social media about a "kill to death ratio" and expressed his intentions to harm himself and others.
Staff at the school say the incident terrorized other students and parents.
The teen is currently being held in a psychiatric facility while his court case is pending.
