The Company reported second quarter revenue of $9.3 million, an increase of 316% from $2.2 million in the second quarter of 2025. Revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026, was $17.7 million, an increase of 425% from $3.4 million in the comparable 2025 period. ZenaTech has completed the acquisition of Merritt Paul Land Surveying, LLC, a Franklin, Georgia-based land surveying firm. Founded in 2015, Merritt Paul has established a track record of providing surveying services to the solar, transportation, and construction industries, including work for a major national transportation company. The company specializes in utility-scale solar surveys across the U.S. and is licensed to conduct land surveys in 17 states. ZenaTech’s Drone as a Service (@daasplatform) plans to expand its precision-agriculture drone services for farmers in Ireland. The Company received Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) approval from the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), granted under European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) guidelines. The approval was granted to its drone subsidiary, @ZenadroneInc, authorizing large-scale targeted aerial application of fertilizer, lime, biostimulants, and other non-plant-protection products on Irish farmland, as well as large-scale granular spreading, helping farmers reduce product inputs, operating costs, personnel risks, and environmental impact. “This milestone for ZenaDrone and our Drone as a Service platform demonstrates that we can clear the regulatory bar for the initiation of large-scale aerial precision agriculture in Ireland and beyond,” said @ShaunPassleyPhD, CEO of ZenaTech. “EASA’s framework is used across the European Union, as this approval provides a replicable template to apply market by market rather than starting fresh.
