Going to bed late is associated with a higher IQ. Researchers at the London School of Economics analyzed thousands of individuals to map the relationship between circadian rhythms and cognitive ability. People with higher IQs are significantly more likely to be night owls. The data breaks it down by sleep schedules: • Very Dull (IQ < 75): Sleep by 11:41 PM • Normal (IQ 90–110): Sleep by 12:10 AM • Very Bright (IQ > 125): Sleep by 1:44 AM (and sleep in past 11:00 AM on weekends) Why? Evolutionary psychology. For 99% of human history, night was for sleeping. Artificial light didn't exist. Staying up late chasing complex thoughts, building projects, or solving problems is an "evolutionarily novel preference." People with higher general intelligence are more equipped to override ancestral instincts, break away from the traditional sun-up-sun-down routine, and adapt to a modern, 24/7 world. The early bird might get the worm. But the night owl gets the higher IQ score.

A transaction made by an AI agent shouldn’t have to be treated as a black box. Businesses should be able to understand who the agent represents and what authority it has. That kind of transparency could make agent commerce much easier to scale.
An AI agent can buy something in seconds. Can the business receiving that order tell who sent it, what it can do, or whether to let it through? We built @beltichq to answer that. We're out of stealth with $8.8M raised to make agent traffic verifiable.

AI agents are making commerce faster, but faster transactions also create new risks. A business needs to know whether an agent is acting legitimately before allowing it to complete an important transaction. Verification could become a core part of this ecosystem.
