Good to see Restore doing a big conference, definitely a step in the right direction, but still you can clearly notice a lack of young people at the branch meetings, action days and conferences.
The reason? - A terrible social media strategy on TikTok and other social media sites with a younger age demographic.
The solution - Make a separate social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram - hire a young guy to do it, it's simple, cheap and comes with huge benefits.

While walking around the British Museum the other day, I saw classes of school students.
Who made up them classes? 29 Black and Brown students and 1 White one. It was visibly clear that the native student was the outsider and was treated as such.
This wasn’t a rare occurrence, I didn’t see a single class of students around the museum that had a demographic of over 10% White British.
We are getting replaced, it’s undeniable.
