At this stage, I suspect GPT 6.1 (all reasoning levels) is purposely throttled to give users a 'good feeling' about making their limits last longer. This seems like a reaction to users complaining about quotas depleting within hours. What is your opinion? @OpenAI @OpenAIDevs
