When you know that the posts are just meant to be the one thing not have to be taken seriously, but no we have to give education, bruhhh
Maybe this is a weird opinion, but I find the way people are posting about this couple really uncomfortable.
Someone appreciating their partner on a special day is completely normal. There was nothing wrong with the Instagram post. And given that they’re well known, people sharing it on Twitter is understandable too.
But now every engagement-bait account on my feed is reposting them, adding some forced take, and farming views off someone else’s relationship. That feels insensitive, especially when you read the comments.
Stuff like “Harkirat bro, will you teach us how to get a girl in your cohort?” What a weird thing to say about someone expressing affection for their partner. Why does seeing a woman in someone’s life immediately become a joke about “getting a girl,” as if she’s an achievement to unlock?
I get that attention comes with making a relationship public. But that doesn’t make every reaction reasonable. You can see two people being happy together without turning them into engagement bait or making crass comments about them.
