Brave has a built-in ad blocker unaffected by the Manifest v3 changes that led to Edge and Chrome dropping uBlock Origin support.
Plus, Brave still supports uBO for anyone who wants to keep using it. You can enable uBO at Settings -> Extensions -> Manifest v2 extensions.
