A few months ago, I dug into Cea Weaver's Twitter history because she was Mamdani's housing advisor. I had a hunch she might get a position on his team. Well, she did, and she deleted her X account, accordingly. However, I took some screenshots. Let's dig in.

There was a line from Zohran Mamdani’s inaugural address yesterday that took my breath away. He said he intended to replace “the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism.” Collectivism in its various forms is responsible for the deaths of at least one hundred million people in the last century. Socialist and Communist forms of government around the world today—Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, etc.—are disastrous. Catholic social teaching has consistently condemned socialism and has embraced the market economy, which people like Mayor Mamdani caricature as “rugged individualism.” In fact, it is the economic system that is based upon the rights, freedom, and dignity of the human person. For God’s sake, spare me the “warmth of collectivism.”

Western Civilization is worth fighting for.

This Somali fraud in Minnesota has me seeing things in a whole new light. So when some asshole from Colorado complains about his plan to get “fresh, clean water,” all I see is fraud. When some ass-clown from North Carolina says “I’m suing to get our 50 million for education,” I see fraud. And when Democrats complain that “health care costs are going to skyrocket!” You know what I see? You guessed it: fraud. Millions of politicians with their grubby little hands out. Demanding 50 million here, and 75 millions there. F*ck all of them. Close the checkbook. Let them pay their own way, like the rest of us.

When my son gets sick, he ends up in the hospital. It’s not just a precaution either. Little man has almost died half a dozen times in his short life. That’s just our reality. My wife and I were dual income, but we had to make life changes for the sake of my son. The business she’s owned for 15 years is shutting down and will likely be non existent by next year because her job is a stay at home mom now, teaching our children. Finances aren’t booming. Like most of the rest of you, we’ve had to take a look at where we can make cuts lately, because that’s our reality. By any standard we’re fine. The Lord has provided what we need, and I’m very thankful. So when I see the constant deluge of fraud, SNAP and EBT videos, and garbage like this video where migrants are on unending vacations on our tax dollars, it pisses me off. The majority of the population is living pay check to paycheck, doing the right thing, staying out of trouble and paying their bills, while we have entire ecosystems setup to steal their money and give it to someone else.
