My latest flights-n-weekends project — I made the first version of this last spring and it's the first time a read-it-later app has stuck for me long-term. I hope you find it useful 🔖 shiori.sh/

Notion is great with agents. Here's a prompt I've been working on that makes agents great with Notion: developers.notion.com/prompt… Try it! We'd love feedback :)

How well can models design icons? @andpoul and I benchmarked frontier and open weight models The results: they’re steadily improving execution, their choices often overly literal

More people should let Factorio destroy their life *just a bit* ...you never know when it's going to pay off.
If you have 1000 hours in factorio I’ll happily interview you

I'm spending too much on GitHub Actions for side projects. What's the latest state of the art here for cheaper runners / running locally / something else?

I wonder if they are going to launch bots. That’d be insane. Total surprise.
We saved you a seat. See you tomorrow for the OpenAI DevDay keynote: openai.com/live/

Yep, did this recently for shiori.sh
You should put a pixel-perfect version of your app on your homepage Why? 1. Signing up for new things is annoying if the UI sucks 2. People exaggerate agent-friendliness 3. They just want to do a thing Show a common use case being done with an agent. If your app is not bad, this will increase your conversion rate. This used to be hard to build and maintain, now it is easy. You should probably do it.

I’m gonna build the goodest bookmarking app
You’re about to be the commander of an army of superintelligent AI agents. Please tell me you have something bigger planned than a fucking SaaS app. Think about what you’d attempt if you had a thousand geniuses devoted to helping you.

🚨 Wait… did Anthropic and OpenAI completely switch their personalities? 👀 Anthropic is suddenly going ALL IN on users: → Opus 5.5 → Lower costs → Higher usage → Banked resets → Free Cloud Session credits → And a model good enough to pull people back from competitors. Meanwhile OpenAI just dropped Sol and Luna… …and we're STILL talking about limits, resets, usage and what the fuck is coming next. A few months ago, I would've expected the exact opposite. Anthropic used to be the company people complained about for being expensive and restrictive. Now they're basically saying: “Here's a better model. Here's more usage. Here's credits. Go fucking build.” And OpenAI? It feels like they're making users fight the product instead of just using it. What the fuck happened? 👀

Look: for the foreseeable future, every week some company will drop a really incredible model update or personal agent experience that you want to try, and they're going to subsidize their tokens as aggressively as possible to convince you to switch. Your goal should be to make it dead-simple to bounce between all the apps/models/tools without losing your accrued context+personalization. This is no time for corpo-allegiance. This is the time to Try All the Things and feel the insane intelligence gradient we're all riding up. On a day to day basis you should be freely switching between coding agents and personal agents with zero worry that they're going to forget some critical detail about you or how you like to work. Ofc I'm biased, but I believe Notion is the only reasonable solution here. Yeet everything into Notion: skills, instructions, tasks, history, etc. so that any time you switch tools or models you're never starting from scratch.
