GPT-6 Astra is insanely good at visual understanding and computer use, in a way I haven't seen with any other model. Ever wanted to play a flight simulator in your hometown? Astra gets it right on the first try. I built this flight sim where I can fly over Tbilisi, and 95% of this game was built in a SINGLE request with Astra on Ultra mode. It even used computer use to make sure all the historic buildings and monuments looked nice from all angles. Overall I'm mind blown with this model and I can't wait for everyone to try it.

The Codex Visualize skill is awesome. Had no idea it could generate all these kinds of interactive visuals inline. You can even use it in the Codex CLI where it will give you a browser link to an interactive visualization.

My X account got hacked, and somehow my OpenAI Developers Plugin video for Cursor got deleted. Suspicious... With new models coming, this is a good reminder: you can add the plugin to Cursor or Claude so your AI coding tools stay current with the OpenAI API. Without it, even Fable can still give outdated guidance.
