Memory is plain markdown in ~/.cybara/memory (MEMORY.md + daily logs), so Obsidian can open it as a vault directly. Recall is hybrid vector + BM25 with a separate embedding model. Pick from OpenAI, Voyage, Gemini, Ollama, or fully local Transformers.js. Auto-save via a pre-compaction flush plus a background reviewer, and you can plug in Mem0, Supermemory, Honcho, OpenViking, or Hindsight if you'd rather keep an external store. The Hermes importer pulls your MEMORY.md, USER.md, and memories folder straight in. Multi-bot chatroom: fair hit, not there yet. It's being built now on top of the existing subagent + agent-handoff plumbing. Should be up later today, Keep the feedback coming.
