Made my portfolio's front door a cozy little computer.
- No realtime 3D, just 57 Blender renders
- CRT shader over the live site, 11.6 KB of JS
- 0.2 ms of JS time per frame
Click the screen to go in. Dunno if I'll keep it as it's not very practical, but it's cute!
Continuing my shader streak, here are some dithered koi.
- 14.5 KB
- 0.1 ms of JS time per frame
Built using my lil' shader site that will be releasing soon.
I think people are really going to like Sonnet 5.5. I've been using it privately over the past two months and have found it be to be a drastic upgrade for Opus 5.5 x Sol 6 workloads, which I have also been using privately over the past three months.
This was an impossible task, I left out so many JRPGs, Metroid, crash team racing, control, death stranding, planescape torment, silent hill, resident evil, tomb raider, tomba, SotN 😵
Holy smokes I am really on a shader binge right now. Been building a shader engine this weekend and so far I am really happy with the results.
Will be releasing and open sourcing all shaders when I deem it "releasable" 😁
A wise man once told me "people go crazy for shaders lol"
Super lightweight rainbow:
- 676 B on first load
- ~13-25x less GPU work than React Bits' Light Rays
- 0 ms blocking page load
Over the past week I’ve been building my own agent harness in Rust. One experimental feature has Jev pick out key moments, and Luna 6 turns them into short texts
The agent still works as usual. My Jev integration also cuts token usage, so the cost is balancing out in my tests
You may have noticed I’ve been quieter lately. That’s because I’ve been using Opus 5.5 over this past month.
You can communicate with Opus 5.5 users telepathically now. We’ve been having a great time together. Just us, nobody else.
Design solves for something. With set constraints. There are even best practices and recognised principles.
Just like development.
Some food for thought, I suppose.
