Too many pastors are passive aggressive effeminates. Men should speak directly, say what they mean, stand by their words. Not act like catty women, stabbing in the back.
In July 2020 I met with a TE in my Presbytery to discuss “concerns” about some of my social media posts. I listened to his concerns. We discussed the posts in their context. He agreed that I had not sinned. The matter was settled. That same man brought up those same posts at least a half dozen times during my trial in July 2026.

Men tend to turn environments they dominate into hunting parties, locker rooms, or boxing rings. Women hate this. They find it threatening and vulgar, an "unsafe work environment." No more colorful jokes, boys, and take those pinup girls down off the wall.
Women turn every environment they dominate into a quilting bee ("meetings") or a kindergarten (HR struggle sessions, mandatory office fun time). Men hate this. They find it tiresome and infantilizing. Unless they're gay, or spiritually gay.
There's no squaring that circle. These are mutually incompatible environments. Establishing one precludes the other.
