A warning to my friends on the Left. When you falsely reduce Churchill’s legacy to racism, imperialism and accusations of genocide, you are not simply revising the reputation of one man. You also hollow out the moral meaning of WW2. Once Churchill becomes the villain, it is a much shorter step to questioning whether Britain was right to fight at all. And into that vacuum comes not only the far Left, but people like Tucker Carlson and the far Right, with its own revisionist account of Churchill, the war and even Nazi Germany.

Masks don’t fall because something scary happened. They deploy only if cabin pressure drops. A steep descent, even a violent one, does not automatically dump cabin pressure. No pressure loss, no masks. Simple as that. 3-“How did people reach the cockpit if the plane was nose-diving?” “Nose dive” does not mean the jet was vertical. It was pitched down, not at 90 degrees. That attitude doesn’t pin you in your seat. It throws you forward, toward the cockpit. If you get up, you’re not fighting the dive. You’re being shoved down the aisle faster. That’s it. Not a film. They were never trans, obviously, and should be mercilessly attacked, especially if they now say they were vulnerable and in a friendship group, online or off, dominated by trans identities, where transitioning was presented as a way to resolve all their social and emotional difficulties. (I have the emails). No, there’s nothing whatsoever to see here. Keep justifying it, keep cheering it on, keep insisting that the doctors and drug companies making serious money out of it all are acting with the purest of motives. Answer every reasonable question with an accusation of hatred and bigotry. Dispel every qualm of conscience with an activist-approved talking point. Reassure yourself that everyone on your dinner party circuit agrees with you. And when, in years to come, we’re all looking back on graphs like this, be proud that you did your bit to monster whistleblowers, parrot unevidenced claims and create the climate of fear that allowed the worst medical scandal in a century to take place.
