looks like reddit is almost wiped from chatgpt sources the query fanout changes had a big impact and the past couple of days it seems to be almost completely removed from prompt responses promptwatch.com/data/reddit-…

the whole coding is solved would make sense if we got a lot of better software but it feels like most software is getting worse

as crowded as the agent bot space is now i think there is a lot of room for multi-model platforms no company wants to lock into one model provider imagine your org performing worse because you are on claude and the new gpt or grok models are better for a few weeks (changes all the time) the only moat the labs have is either price (subsidies usage) or blocking you if you become big enough e.g. openai models not in cursor anymore

with ai code quality and dx now matters more than ever before the better the code quality the faster ai can build or fix things once the codebase becomes a slop mess ai will slowly keep degrading everything

the "attention is all you need" startups always end up imploding attention without substance creates no value, no community, or interest in the actual product its a slop version of marketing

personal assistant apps sound like a good use case for ai until you realize that 99% of people don't need a personal assistant

i don't understand why you would limit employee token spend if they are creating value, why would you limit that? so if you limit them, you essentially say: your output is not valuable enough against the token cost but why would 200-500/m be of any value if 5k is not?
