I met with @generalkellogg, who came from Odesa to Kyiv to take part in our Veterans Forum. Thank you for this respect for the Ukrainian warriors who defend Ukraine and the entire Euro-Atlantic space every day under extraordinarily difficult conditions. We discussed the intensification of Russian strikes on infrastructure and civilians, and the top priority for our defense is, of course, anti-ballistic protection. I briefed the general on our work with Europeans to develop an anti-ballistic system, but to get through this winter, supplies of interceptors for Patriots are indispensable. Ukraine is ready to purchase them, and any efforts in this direction are important.

Thanks @Larry_Kudlow. Iran is using negotiations to delay and not solve an issue. The President gets enormous credit for trying diplomacy first but these negotiations go nowhere.
Here's @generalkellogg on negotiations with Iran: “they keep delaying… So we need to say, that's done. We're done with it”
