No dues. No contracts. No membership fees. No facilities. No one standing at the door asking for a credit card. No cancellation policies. F3 is forever free. For ALL men. Period. However, a hero of ours famously stated, “It costs a lot of money to look this cheap.” We miss that kid. Anyway around F3, we'd put it a bit differently: It took a lot of generosity to get F3 where it is today. Every man was given F3. Many from another man. Many from a wife seeing a facebook post. Many from a podcast. Many from the first time he held his newborn. Selfishly, we ALL took that gift. And every one of us is better for it. And so forever grateful. Now it’s our opportunity to give it away. Give locally. Give nationally. Give your time. Give your leadership. Give what you can, if you can. Whether you see the value in strengthening your local region or connecting and growing this worldwide movement, the point is the same: ACCELERATE. Because free doesn’t mean we don’t give. Free means somebody gave it to us and we get to give it to the next man. An opportunity to help continue giving F3 away begins Thursday. ACCELERATE 2026 - shorturl.at/AUDF7 #F3Nation #F3Accelerate

July 21, 2008 At 5:40 a.m., the Maplewood Fire Department was dispatched to what appeared to be a routine vehicle fire. Two minutes later, firefighters arrived on scene and began deploying a booster line to extinguish the flames. Four minutes after that, everything changed. Yesterday, more than 80 men from across the St. Louis Mega Region gathered in Maplewood to honor the life and legacy of Firefighter/Paramedic Ryan Hummert. We honored our brother, our teammate, our classmate, our friend, and our servant leader whose sacrifice simply will not be forgotten. TCLAPS to F3 STL - County Line for standing shoulder to shoulder, holding the line, and ensuring Ryan Hummert is Never Forgotten. #F3Nation #F3STL #CountyLine #MaplewoodFire #ShoulderToShoulder #ChangeTheMenChangeTheWorld

What happens when the Councillor puts out a notice about another bit of fly-tipping outside Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens creating a proper mess? Your local F3 lads show up. Six trips later, the rubbish was sorted. So what actually happens when men start showing up for a free workout at 5:00 a.m.? They get stronger. They build friendships. They discover leadership. And when their community needs a hand, they don't wait or ask permission, they get stuck in. Strong men build stronger communities. Sometimes that means leading a workout. Sometimes it means pitching in when the Councillor calls. Change the Men. Change the World. 👊 T Claps to the men of @F3MidlandsUK. #F3Nation #F3UK #FlyTipping #Community #LeaveNoManWhereYouFoundHim #LeaveNoRubbishBehind

I got to celebrate my 12th anniversary with @F3Nation this morning. On the menu? Surviving one of the most epic storms alongside some of the planet's best dudes. The irony wasn't lost on me... After 12 years, I've learned the storms are usually the moments you remember most and you never ever ever ever have to go alone. Wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else x 1000. Love these men. Blessed to be, Huck L. Berry

From the desk of @F3Jacksonville It was an honor leading F3 this morning alongside my friend Patric Young, aka F3 Hot Mic! Many know Patric as a former University of Florida basketball star, Final Four participant, SEC Defensive Player of the Year, three-time SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, professional basketball player and current ESPN/SEC Network host. But what inspires me most is who he has become through adversity. On June 29, 2022, a devastating car accident left Patric paralyzed from the waist down just days before his wedding. Yet through it all, he has chosen faith, hope, gratitude and joy. Kristin and I have had the privilege of getting to know Patric over the years, and we always leave encouraged, challenged and inspired. His perspective on life, purpose, and perseverance is something everyone should hear. Patric’s story isn’t ultimately about basketball or even tragedy. It’s about resilience, faith and finding purpose in circumstances most people would never choose. I’m grateful to know this man and witness his unbreakable spirit. On June 28, join us at The Gym Jax for Rep 2 Rise, a community fitness challenge benefiting the Patric Young Foundation. Every rep is a reminder that strength is built through perseverance. Every dollar raised helps provide hope, support and new possibilities for individuals and families navigating life after a spinal cord injury. #shouldertoshoulder #Rep2Rise #F3Nation #Perseverance #Leadership #EveryManMatters

📺 F3 In The News! 📺 A special thank you to KTAL NBC 6 for shining a light on the men of F3 Texarkana (a place where half the men are from out-of-state but not downrange) and the impact they're making in their community. Every week, men from all walks of life find their way to a common junction, stepping out of comfort and into growth. They push their limits, extend their range, and discover a supportive nest of friendships that make life a little less lonely and alot more meaningful. Some arrive looking for a bootcamp, some the rucks, some the runs (up to six/seven miles). Others come because life has left them feeling worn down. But after countless moments, shared struggles, and early mornings together, they often find something they didn't know they needed: brotherhood. And that's where real change happens. Not in the workouts themselves, but on the razor's edge between who we are and who we're capable of becoming. It's where men learn to lead, serve, and support one another shoulder to shoulder. Thank you to the men of F3 Texarkana for representing the mission so well, and thank you to KTAL NBC 6 for helping tell a story that communities across the country need to hear. ktalnews.com/video/f3-fitnes… facebook.com/share/r/198HTRY… #F3Nation #F3Texarkana #ChangeMenChangeTheWorld #EveryManMatters #ShoulderToShoulder #FitnessFellowshipFaith #MenLeadingMen #CommunityLeadership

Absoluture honored to speak to my friend and hero Jesse Harmon. @F3Nation. And he made me cry.
Most people get this backwards: The strength you show in a crisis isn't about toughness. It's about how you respond when life delivers the unthinkable. One lesson from my conversation with Jesse Harmon: Resilience isn't about never breaking. It's about how you put yourself back together when you do. After losing his wife and navigating unimaginable grief, Jesse discovered that resilience is built through small, daily choices: • Faith over fear • Hope over despair • Love over bitterness • Community over isolation Learn more about Tank the Turtle and how he wasn't just a character. He became a symbol of perseverance. through his mother's strength. Still thinking about this. piped.video/watch?v=vCjG3FMK…

F3 Nation, Power Clean coming at you again. I just want to share what’s been on my mind and in my heart lately… what F3 really is. F3 is a leadership organization wrapped in a workout with a huge side of fellowship. But at its core, it’s not about me. It’s not about most of the guys watching this right now. It’s about the next man. We can change the world… but we can’t change the world by ourselves. That’s why we need men. We need more men to understand the mission of F3 and experience what this thing can do in their lives. And that’s your job. Your job is to go out and evangelize for F3. Because we know we’re better because of this. And we know they’ll be better too. Open to all men. That means you. And it means the guy you haven’t asked yet. Love you men. And there’s nothing you can do about it.

What an incredible moment decades in the making by so many countless hours of work by so many amazing folk that paves the path for future generations. Also a reminder... real change doesn't happen overnight. It happens when folks keeping showing up, persisting and believing in paths that don't currently exist. So proud to have had that front row seat. @BoiseState @BoiseStateCOED @IdDeptOfEd @usedgov

F3 IN THE NEWS: Power couple, @ChadBrough (known in F3Nation as Wait Time) and Jisella Brough, were recently featured by 6 News WOWT for their leadership surrounding this weekend's American Heart Association Nebraska Heart & Stroke Walk. Together, they’ve raised more than $50,000 in support of the fight against heart disease and stroke while helping bring awareness, advocacy, and hope to families in their local communities. Outside of F3, Wait Time is a nationally recognized healthcare leader and advocate in aging and home-based care. But around Omaha, he and Jisella are perhaps best known for simply showing up, serving others, and making their community stronger. Together. Shoulder to Shoulder. Did we mention Wait Time is Chairman of the Board for F3Nation? Welcome to F3. wowt.com/2026/05/14/omaha-he…

Show me a person willing to change the world.. I'll show you my new best friend. Ten years ago, a seventh grade kid dreamed of being a college graduate. At that time... the path simply didn’t exist. What did exist were plenty of sensible folks willing to call meetings to remind us of that. And to be fair, yeah... they were correct. Dreamers gonna dream and cool kid set off anyway... and, we should insert Monica and Brian's Guide to Parenting book in here. Anyway last Friday, I got to watch Audrey present her final capstone project. This Saturday, she'll walk across the stage to be the first ever four-year college graduate of the Peers Program at @BoiseState. First ever. She did it.

My man!!! And dude out hugs me. I don't ever say that.
The story goes somewhat like this… A 63 year old man picked up a magazine in May 2018. Inside was an article about men gathering in the early morning hours for fitness, fellowship, and faith expressed through service to their community. That caught his attention. By then, he had already been recognized locally, by the state, and nationally for his impact and service. But he was looking for more. After looking to see no F3 locations in his area, he drove 63 miles over to a neighboring town. When leaving his first workout, he thought, “I want to bring this home.” Grinding through the fall and winter, his relentless determination drove him to Philadelphia on Saturdays, putting in the work, learning the culture. Then in April 2019, alongside 15 other men, the F3Nation flags were planted in Princeton, New Jersey. He brought the movement home. But then he kept going, pouring himself into the mission of growing and impacting men across the Northeast. Fast forward to this past weekend: 92 men from across the country showed up to celebrate the 7-year anniversary of F3 Princeton. Shoulder-to-shoulder. Today, millions of men now have access to more fitness, more fellowship and more faith across New Jersey, the Heart of PA and beyond. Our word for guys like this is HIM, High Impact Men. But honestly, even that feels too small. We call him Dos Equis, because he truly is our Most Interesting Man in the World. And the men of F3Nation are honored to call him our brother. Love you Dos... aka @F3DosEquis #HIMpact #humanwrittenpost

TCLAPS to the men of @F3Princeton. They SHOWED UP. 👊🇺🇸 4/11/2026 marked the 7th Anniversary Convergence of F3 Princeton. 85 PAX. 8 FNGs. 11 Regions represented across NJ & PA. 8 of the 9 New Jersey regions in one place. 188 PAX total for what some are calling a three-day ClusterHuck. And making it more than a state-wide convergence... Brothers made the trek crossing state lines from Valley Forge, Indian Valley, and Lehigh Valley. Proving once again.. when proximity decreases, commitment and determination increase.
