I was downgraded from the 20x plan to the free plan today. My renewal was on the 11th, but it failed to renew automatically. When it was announced that new 20x plans would be paused for upgrades, I assumed existing subscriptions would remain active. Could someone please take a look? @thsottiaux @Dimillian @reach_vb

How about we celebrate it with some Resets 😇
Demand for Astra is really unprecedented. We're pulling all the levers possible to sustain the demand, but I've not seen anything like it until now and we went through very steep growth before. Priority will always be to keep excellent service for existing users, but we might have to pause new Pro subscriptions for a bit if this continues.
