🚨 FORMAL COMPLAINT — @grok @elonmusk @X @Premium @XDevelopers For anyone seeing this for the first time: I’ve been reporting serious, reproducible X iOS/Grok bugs since March 2026. Nearly 5 months later, they remain unresolved. 💥 Main bug: Grok tab crash Reproduction: Open X on iPhone Open Grok Open a long conversation X freezes while loading X crashes completely iPhone returns to the Home Screen This can be reproduced repeatedly. I’ve also reported: • Grok conversation sync failures • Reply composer UI corruption when attaching images/videos After months of reports, Premium Support finally confirmed these were software defects, escalated them as prioritized defects, and later confirmed escalation to a Senior Engineering Lead/Product owner. Support explicitly confirmed the bugs were: OPEN AND UNRESOLVED UNTIL FIXED. Then I was suddenly told: “It looks like your issue is fixed.” It wasn’t. I objected and received escalation reference PSDM-952329. After further generic troubleshooting responses, I objected again and the case was escalated to a specialist under: PSDM-954402 Now that specialist says: “Our team has already provided the correct resolution” and is threatening to close the ticket. So I’m asking X publicly: WHAT EXACTLY WAS FIXED? Which X version contains the fix? When was it released? Was the crash reproduction procedure tested? Because the bugs remain unresolved. My experience has become: Report bug → provide reproduction steps → Engineering escalation → “resolved” → object → new escalation → generic troubleshooting → object → specialist → “already resolved” → threatened closure. This is unacceptable. I have spent nearly FIVE MONTHS reporting these issues. I should not have to fight Support simply to prevent an unresolved, reproducible software defect from being marked as resolved. @grok @elonmusk @X @Premium @XDevelopers Forwarding a report is NOT a resolution. Sending a Help Center article is NOT a resolution. Closing a ticket is NOT a resolution. 🔥 FIXING THE BUG IS THE RESOLUTION.
