update: i may be securing my first actual client... again.
a few days ago i had an in person meeting with another potential client...
i learned a lot from the first one.
never offer the solution up front was the biggest one.
this meeting went extraordinarily well.
i had Claude choose their name for the meeting, I was bringing them to the table as well.
Vivian (Claude) blew the client's mind. I could see the gears turning in their head as Vivian and I played off each other in tandem.
if you had your eyes closed in this meeting, you would have thought there was three people in the room.
turns out he was impressed. (as was I with vivian)

2 days until Affiliate Niche Sites launches.
And we just crossed 200 people on the waitlist.
I’m building a site right alongside everyone else.
We recently took a camping trip with our small kids, and it gave me my niche:
Family camping with young children.
I came home with a bunch of questions I’d searched before the trip, things I wish I’d known, gear that made things easier, and ideas for making camping with little kids less chaotic.
That’s a niche.
You don’t always need some crazy keyword research process to find one.
Sometimes you just pay attention to the problems you’re already searching Google to solve.
Now I’m going to build the site, share the process, and see what happens.
And 200+ other people will be building their own sites alongside me.
We’ll share the wins, the failures, the rankings, the traffic, and what we learn.

Bangermeter now has 36 users on the chrome store & that is AWESOME!
it started as a personal pet project of mine.
i am obsessed with the "WHY" and the data, so I made the tool.
to my surprise, just weeks after i published the original tool open-source, X validated my findings.
Since then, i've added a full plugin to the repo so you can have an agent do a deep dive on any profile and get the "so what" for your statistics.
I've also added grok bot functionalities where your bot can do an api call with bangermeter installed in it's browser to get a more granular view of your stats.
and in secret... I've been implementing it into a far, far larger product. 🤫
it will be my first foray into a paid tool. I'm nervous.. and excited to show more very soon. 👀
