90s movie trailer narrator, "In a world where people make up shit...."
No matter who is elected the state of Iowa will move on. Half of the state will like some changes, half of the state won't. The fact is, no matter which side you sit, your candidate won't be able to make all of their desired changes.
Rob Sand will win as governor because he is the better candidate. And he won't be able to do anything because the rest of the state cabinet will oppose everything he says.
Zach Lahn will probably run again in 4 years. And the will be a good idea for him.
What has stayed with me is actually out of Sands campaign, and that is about one party states. Summed up it means if a state stays a color too long then we risk the opportunity to progress for everyone.
Villsack good, Culver meh, Brandstad alright, and Kim Reynolds sucked as governor. Even Zach Lahn's campaign has stated, "It's time for Iowa to get back on track."
Anything... And I mean anything is better than her.
