Vibe coding just got a serious upgrade. ๐ฅ
GitHub just released Spec Kit โ an open-source workflow designed to make AI coding far more structured.
Instead of:
โ Vague prompts
โ Broken projects
โ Endless debugging
โ Inconsistent code
Spec Kit makes AI think before it codes.
The workflow:
โ "/constitution" โ Rules & standards
โ "/specify" โ Define what to build
โ "/clarify" โ Resolve missing details
โ "/plan" โ Architecture & stack
โ "/tasks" โ Break it into tasks
โ "/implement" โ Start coding
Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, Gemini CLI & 25+ agents.
Open source.
Built by GitHub.
And already gaining massive attention. ๐

ChatGPT is what you see.
The real AI revolution is the massive ecosystem being built underneath it.
This AI Stack Map captures 100+ tools powering modern AI applications.

๐ง๐ต๐ถ๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ฎ ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐น๐ถ๐๐.
Itโs a dependency graph.
Your RAG is only as good as your retrieval + embeddings.
Your agent is only as reliable as its tools + evaluations + guardrails.
Your memory is useless if you canโt observe when context becomes stale or wrong.
Your MCP layer becomes dangerous if permissions and governance are an afterthought.
And a โbest-in-classโ stack can still become a terrible production system.
Why?
Because AI systems rarely fail only inside one component.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ถ๐น ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐.

Retrieval โ Context

Building AI applications is not just about choosing an LLM.
A production-ready AI stack has multiple layers โ from models and frameworks to data, evaluation, and infrastructure.
Hereโs a practical map of the AI Engineerโs Stack ๐
01 โ LLMs
The foundation layer.
โ GPT
โ Gemini
โ Claude
โ Llama
โ Mistral
โ DeepSeek
โ Cohere
โ Phi
Choose models based on capability, cost, latency, context, and your use case.
02 โ Frameworks
The building layer for AI applications.
โ LangChain
โ LlamaIndex
โ Haystack
โ AutoGen
โ CrewAI
โ Flowise
โ txtai
These help you connect models with data, tools, agents, and workflows.
03 โ Vector Databases
The memory/search layer.
โ Pinecone
โ Weaviate
โ Qdrant
โ Milvus
โ Chroma
โ Redis
โ Cassandra
โ Elasticsearch
Useful for semantic search, RAG, recommendations, and knowledge retrieval.
04 โ Data Ingestion
AI is only as useful as the data it can access.
Tools like:
โ Unstructured
โ Firecrawl
โ Apify
โ Airbyte
โ Pandas
โ Docling
help collect, extract, clean, transform, and prepare data for AI systems.
05 โ Observability & Monitoring
Building an AI app isn't enough.
You need to understand how it behaves.
โ LangSmith
โ Arize
โ PromptLayer
โ Helicone
โ TruLens
โ OpenTelemetry
โ Grafana
Monitor traces, latency, costs, errors, prompts, and model outputs.
06 โ Deployment & Infrastructure
Now take the application to production.
โ AWS
โ GCP
โ Azure
โ Vercel
โ Docker
โ Kubernetes
โ Cloudflare
This layer handles deployment, scaling, networking, containers, and infrastructure.
07 โ Evaluation & Testing
AI outputs aren't deterministic like traditional software.
That's why evaluation matters.
โ Ragas
โ DeepEval
โ Giskard
โ Braintrust
โ Langfuse
โ Evidently AI
Test accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, reliability, and regression over time.
08 โ Prompt Engineering
The interface between your application and the model.
โ PromptHub
โ FlowGPT
โ PromptPerfect
โ AIPRM
โ PromptBase
โ Humanloop
โ TextGrad
Good prompting helps, but production AI requires much more than prompts.
The complete AI engineering workflow looks like:
Model
โ
Framework
โ
Data
โ
Retrieval
โ
Application
โ
Observability
โ
Evaluation
โ
Deployment
The key takeaway:
AI engineering isn't just โknowing ChatGPT.โ
It's understanding how all these layers work together to turn models into reliable products.
Save this as your AI Engineer Stack reference.

๐จ BREAKING NEWS: CHATGPT can now create a complete YouTube channel for you with AI, like an agency that generates $10,000 a month.
Free.
Here are 7 prompts to go from 0 โ monetized channel in 90 days:
Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI:
โYou no longer need to write prompts.โ
In a 38-minute talk to Stanford students, he explains how to use ChatGPT at a level most people havenโt even explored.
A friend sent me the recording last night.
After watching it, I realized something:
I was probably using only 15% of what ChatGPT can actually do.
The real breakthrough isnโt better prompts.
Itโs building a system that knows how to prompt itself.
Watch the full talk, then read the guide below to learn how to build that system.
Most people are still chatting with AI.
The next wave will be letting AI think through the workflow for them. ๐

๐จ Anthropic just showed a 27-minute workshop on how actually to write prompts for Claude.
Taught by the people who built it.
Free. No registration. No paywall.
I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes.
Watch the session
Most people use Claude Code like a chatbot.
Anthropic engineers use it like a teammate that never clocks out. โก
One engineer just showed how to build a fully asynchronous workflow in 22 minutes โ starting from an empty terminal.
Chat Prompts โ Assistant Mode โ Continuous Loops โ Graphs โ Autonomous Production.
The wildest part?
Youโre not supposed to sit there watching Claude work.
Youโre supposed to wake up and review what it shipped.
While you sleep, it keeps running verification loops, executing tests, fixing edge cases, and improving over time.
This is what agentic engineering actually looks like.
Not another โAI productivity hack.โ
A completely different way of building software.

๐จ A 13-YEAR-OLD JUST MADE $20,000โฆ WITHOUT SELLING ANYTHING.
He spent his vacation building a script to trade on Polymarket.
Then he uploaded it for FREE on GitHub.
No course.
No paywall.
No paid community.
He simply went back to school.
Two months later, a trader sent him $20,000.
Why?
Because that script helped the trader make over $200,000 in a single month.
The lesson? ๐
You donโt always need to monetize your knowledge.
Sometimes, just building something useful and putting it online is enough.
The internet can do the rest. ๐

Four acronyms cover most of what a leader actually needs to understand about an AI system, and the human body is the fastest analogy for all of them.
An LLM is the brain. It generates text by reasoning over a prompt, and it is the core intelligence everything else in the system builds on. Nothing downstream works without it, but on its own it only knows what it was trained on.
RAG is the brain plus books. It pairs an LLM with external knowledge, pulling from your documents and databases instead of relying on memory alone. This is how a system answers questions about information the model was never trained on.
An AI agent is the brain plus hands. It does not just generate an answer, it takes action, using memory and tools to actually do something with what the brain decided. That is the difference between a system that talks and one that works.
MCP is the nervous system. It connects everything else together, the foundation layer that lets the brain, the books, and the hands actually talk to each other instead of operating as separate pieces.

Most developers learn APIs.
Great engineers learn when to use them.
GET, POST, PUT, DELETE are just the basics.
The real skill is choosing between REST, GraphQL, internal, B2B, or async APIs.
Syntax is easy. API design is hard.
Building AI applications is not just about choosing an LLM.
A production-ready AI stack has multiple layers โ from models and frameworks to data, evaluation, and infrastructure.
Hereโs a practical map of the AI Engineerโs Stack ๐
01 โ LLMs
The foundation layer.
โ GPT
โ Gemini
โ Claude
โ Llama
โ Mistral
โ DeepSeek
โ Cohere
โ Phi
Choose models based on capability, cost, latency, context, and your use case.
02 โ Frameworks
The building layer for AI applications.
โ LangChain
โ LlamaIndex
โ Haystack
โ AutoGen
โ CrewAI
โ Flowise
โ txtai
These help you connect models with data, tools, agents, and workflows.
03 โ Vector Databases
The memory/search layer.
โ Pinecone
โ Weaviate
โ Qdrant
โ Milvus
โ Chroma
โ Redis
โ Cassandra
โ Elasticsearch
Useful for semantic search, RAG, recommendations, and knowledge retrieval.
04 โ Data Ingestion
AI is only as useful as the data it can access.
Tools like:
โ Unstructured
โ Firecrawl
โ Apify
โ Airbyte
โ Pandas
โ Docling
help collect, extract, clean, transform, and prepare data for AI systems.
05 โ Observability & Monitoring
Building an AI app isn't enough.
You need to understand how it behaves.
โ LangSmith
โ Arize
โ PromptLayer
โ Helicone
โ TruLens
โ OpenTelemetry
โ Grafana
Monitor traces, latency, costs, errors, prompts, and model outputs.
06 โ Deployment & Infrastructure
Now take the application to production.
โ AWS
โ GCP
โ Azure
โ Vercel
โ Docker
โ Kubernetes
โ Cloudflare
This layer handles deployment, scaling, networking, containers, and infrastructure.
07 โ Evaluation & Testing
AI outputs aren't deterministic like traditional software.
That's why evaluation matters.
โ Ragas
โ DeepEval
โ Giskard
โ Braintrust
โ Langfuse
โ Evidently AI
Test accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, reliability, and regression over time.
08 โ Prompt Engineering
The interface between your application and the model.
โ PromptHub
โ FlowGPT
โ PromptPerfect
โ AIPRM
โ PromptBase
โ Humanloop
โ TextGrad
Good prompting helps, but production AI requires much more than prompts.
The complete AI engineering workflow looks like:
Model
โ
Framework
โ
Data
โ
Retrieval
โ
Application
โ
Observability
โ
Evaluation
โ
Deployment
The key takeaway:
AI engineering isn't just โknowing ChatGPT.โ
It's understanding how all these layers work together to turn models into reliable products.
