I'm surprised i didn't think of this earlier, but for old LEGO minifigure heads where the face has worn off, instead of throwing them out, you can just draw a new face on with a marker! 😁 Even 'permanent' marker wears very quickly but this is just an opportunity to draw again & give your minifigure new expressions 😄

my latest LEGO Octan MOCs (in progress, mostly done building) 😁 I made up this LEGO Octan Shuttle Launch Platform and an Octan House. Within Octan culture it is common to see homes flaring off excess gas vapours 🔥🔥🔥 The Octan citizenry is proud of their "decentralised domestic fuel processing network", an initiative they've begun after the fall of Rix. Neighbours trade with neighbours. Refinement, distillation, cracking, and so on & is all done in small batches, mostly from their homes! 😁

"Hey Sara! I finished the RP-1 batch." ➡️ note: *RP-1 is rocket propellant "Bright stuff. Cleanest I've made!" "A seal popped, but I got a fan goin' and drafted the vapours out. Resealed it too. I’m dizzy though. Boss, can I take the rest of the day off?” Sara replies: "Certainly. Please go home & rest." Unlike her predecessor (Rix), Sara is a nice boss. Always treating her team very kindly 😌

Just two LEGO Blacktron robots chilling. A cat is controlling one of the robots, using it to get around. That cat must be very lazy 🐈 The smaller robot is a Yellow Invader Droid. According to Blacktron, this robot has a "rudimentary machine mind". Yet despite the best efforts of Blacktron engineers, the cat (*despite flatout ignoring most commands!*) is a more helpful assistant 😆

My LEGO Space MOC in progress: Inside the space shuttle's cargo bay there is a robotic arm used for manipulating space objects. "Hello there!" He is busy doing a diagnostic test on the robot arm. Everything must be working perfectly by launch day! 😄

✨ My LEGO creations & my play story: On Tau Ceti X45, Sara meets with Rosie to discuss the forced rebranding of Octan. Since Blacktron Corporation officially took over their world (designations: X45, 'Erd') some time ago now, brand compliance & brand unity is increasingly becoming a focus of administrative enforcement ⬛🟨⬛🟨⬛🟨⬛ Sara shares with Rosie a document with compelling data proving there is much more commercial value in keeping the Octan brand than erasing it. Yet Rosie is not really listening. She keeps stopping to sing songs 🎶🎶🎶 and is more interested in showing off her trophy collection. (note: *she awarded the trophies to herself*) Eventually Sara gets tired of this & leaves defeated. Rosie happily reminds her the 'Harmony Period' is ending soon. Afterwards all Octan buildings, vehicles, and even clothing must be Blacktronized. Rosie emphasizes: "No exceptions." Black and yellow for all, and all for black & yellow 🫡

This LEGO minifigure's face was almost completely faded away. So using a marker i tried drawing a new face 😆 kinda smudgy and bleary-eyed lol but what do you think of her? 😆

I built another tiny LEGO Space vehicle 😆 It started as I was digging around for bricks that are the same light green as the pants I recently got from Build-A-Minifigure Turns out I only had six light green parts 😆 and I used them all in this build! ✍️ The minifigure's face is quite worn off so I drew on a new mouth with a marker ✍️😄

Cool 😄 I changed the nose of my LEGO Blacktron dropship from 2x2 slope to 2x4 slope. With this small change of extending the spacecraft nose it looks way better now I think 😄 its a specialized carrier serving to rapidly deliver rovers to surface and also provide rover exfil 🫡

LEGO Blacktron Dropship: After making up this little Blacktron rover, my mind turns to logistics 😁 So how do Blacktron rovers show up so fast whenever the other guys think they're 'discovering' a 'new' planet? 🤔 Rumour has it the dropship exploits a gravitic trick, injecting an extreme energy density to restore electroweak symmetry locally. This temporarily 'disables' its Higgs field locally, allowing the dropship to become negative mass for entire picoseconds. Yet nobody knows if the Blacktron scientists really know what they're doing? According to Blacktron corporate: "the dropship achieves FTL". This fantastic claim is typical of Blacktron propaganda and is not independently verified by any reliable sources ⚠️

The spaceman is not alone on the gold planet. Trouble for him is this entire star system is 'managed' by Blacktron Corporation. Soon enough a turbocharged dark rover reaches over the horizon near-instantly. The moment the brakes silently engage, the Blacktron calmly steps out. He carries a mean-looking Plasma Pistol 😳 "Whoa mister! Don't shoot me!" "If ya don' wanna get hurt, ya betta hand me ya rover's Red Crystal energy core." The spaceman moves to the rear of his rover, detaching the antenna to release the core. Suddenly *BONK!* 💥 The spaceman swings the antenna, smashing the Blacktron a very hard hit to the head. It's a K.O! The spaceman drives off with two "Yellow"™️ Blacktron Batteries. "These yellows are top-grade. So long-lasting I'll be able to pass them on to my grandkids!" 😄 #LEGO

Here's another small LEGO Space vehicle I made up! 😄 She is from the Space Cleaners faction. Fleets of such tiny trucks help keep the streets of Blacktron Space City clean 🧽 One thing about Blacktrons is they make such a mess! Space pirates, mercenaries, and various other sorts of hooligans. None of them can take care of basic waste management. So Space Cleaners got the job ✨

LEGO Space Scientific Research Vessel: Playing with LEGO, I came up with this shuttle design. It has landing gear and the cockpit opens up nicely to show all the scientist's computers and specialised research equipment 😄 its so fun building new LEGO ideas from my imagination 😌
