I have moved from Instinct to
@getskydive for this reason.. each agent gets its own working model, tool access, context, etc..
The problem with having one single "chief of staff" agent: you can't decompose the problem of having to sacrifice your understanding.
Having one agent do all of your work for you means that you will sacrifice your understanding of everything, everywhere, pretty much equally. It's like having one (very competent) chief of staff trying to replace the work of a team of executives, where each is just as competent as the CoS.
With a team of execs, you can adjust how much understanding you sacrifice for each executive, depending on how things are going in that area and how much value you think you can add. This allows much better overall understanding of where things can improve and allows you to focus your time more clearly.
A team of agents, each focused on just one domain, also seems likely to outperform a single agent that is not focused on anything in particular. Context limits are finite, for both agents and humans.
