Paid ~$216 for a men's panel urine and blood draw today @Labcorp. I don't understand why anyone with the means to do this isn't doing this or something similar every six months. Get results in 24hrs, compare to past results, then throw it all into AI for feedback.

Today we close on selling our 4,200 sq ft home where all three of our children, now grown, were raised. We have moved into a 1,500 sq ft Airbnb for a month while we search for our new, downsized home not far away.
There is no playbook for this. Tips welcomed.
