The benefits of Super Intelligence infrastructure in one clip. Lower taxes, higher incomes, better communities. China knows this and that’s why they want ours.
🚨 JUST IN: President Trump just dropped a major truth nuke that SI data center companies are going to come into American communities and make EVERYTHING BETTER
"Data centers, the money brought in, taxes go down, income goes up, value of housing goes up. The companies...they will be VERY generous with communities. They will form partnerships with communities, they will benefit financially, morally, EVERY SINGLE WAY."
There are many situations where SI data centers help PROPERTY TAXES go way down as well
As long as they are built in the right spot, it's a no-brainer! It keeps America NUMBER ONE and benefits US citizens 👏🏻

China is counting on us giving in to the hysteria. Thankfully @POTUS isn’t caving to the doomers.
🚨 TRUMP delivers a devastating message to the Doom Merchants:
“The United States of America is not gonna be putting on brakes.”
“They want to stop our progress because we’re leading China by a lot, and we’re gonna keep it that way.”

Don’t be fooled. @ewarren has no interest in guardrails, consumer protections, or US competitiveness. she made that clear when she created the anti crypto army.
Her entire political ethos is complete government control because she thinks government knows better than you.
Let me be clear: AI companies regulating themselves is a nonstarter.
Our government has to step in, investigate independently, and set guardrails that prioritize the safety of the American people over corporate profits.

"In Texas, we support and remain fully committed to satisfying Governor Abbott’s audit directive with both ERCOT and the PUCT. As part of that process, we have received notice of conditional classification by ERCOT for 585 MW of contracted capacity to receive batch zero baseload designation and 300 MW to receive batch zero studied load designation, as expected. We look forward to working collaboratively with all stakeholders to serve the needs of Texans while also delivering for our shareholders and customers." $CLSK

China knows the AI race will shape the future.
Now we’re learning Chinese money may be funding groups working to stop the data centers America needs to compete and meet our growing demand for AI.
We cannot let the CCP sabotage American AI dominance from inside our own borders.

Data centers done right benefit American communities. Thank you, @POTUS for your leadership.
President Trump was ahead of the curve requiring AI companies to build their own power generation so new data centers don’t raise electricity prices for residential ratepayers.
Done right, data centers actually lower prices by producing excess power and funding grid upgrades. They also pay for better schools, more social services, and lower property taxes.
President Trump is unique in his ability to stand up to media hoaxes. The data center hysteria will pass, and he’ll be proven right again.

Anyone selling a "data center ban" as a win for Texans owes them an explanation for why their bank alerts, GPS, and telehealth would go dark with it.
Texans are being misled to believe banning data centers is a win. But how does that work when the ban unplugs your bank’s fraud alerts, your phone’s GPS, your doctor’s telehealth visit, and the weather warning that could save your family’s life during the next storm? Not to mention your everyday conveniences.
A data center ban doesn’t stop “Big Tech” — it shuts down the critical infrastructure Texas families and businesses use every single day.
Texas needs responsible guardrails, not policies that cut off the digital backbone of modern life.

Not organic. Never was.
🚨 President Trump just confirmed CHINA is funding PROPAGANDA CAMPAIGNS against data centers in America
"Other nations are trying to get us to SLOW DOWN and they are spending a LOT of money on propaganda, on press PR, trying to convince everybody that this ISN'T a positive thing"
"If we don't do this, we're going to be left behind."
"These companies are spending TREMENDOUS amounts of money on the communities, the local communities. So I think it's important that we tell the local communities that..."

Great opportunity to discuss the 20 year NNN —NOT modified gross—-data center lease we just completed with a HIGH INVESTMENT GRADE TENANT, giving us financial flexibility at the project level WITHOUT having to rely on equity linked financing. Massive win for $clsk and all @CleanSpark_Inc shareholders. This is the premier lease thus far in the sector.
CleanSpark CEO and Chairman @smatthewschultz discusses the company securing a 20-year, $6.6 billion triple-net lease at its Sandersville, Georgia, campus with an unnamed "high-investment-grade" global tech firm.
He also shares the milestones investors should look for over the next 12 to 24 months with @DianeKingHall.

"Lead, follow, or get out of the way." - Gen. Patton. Governor Gordon just applied it to data centers and he's right. The communities that lead are the ones that win.
Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon writes, "President Trump, in a recent statement said this, 'Data centers are tremendous wins for the states and communities that are lucky enough to get them.' I concur. He is exactly right."
