We post 10,000+ pieces of UGC every month for our clients. And after analyzing all the data, I can tell you one thing: The hook is everything. You have roughly 3 seconds to convince someone that your content is worth watching. The easiest way we’ve found to do that? Be polarizing. Hot takes drove 300% higher retention. If nobody disagrees with your hook, it probably isn’t strong enough.

Insane stats; 70% of Americans would oppose a data center in their neighborhood. 55% would oppose an abortion clinic. 53% would appose a nuclear power reactor.

Brilliant marketing by the CCP. Ai is only 39% positive in the US. In china is is 89% AI is probably the most important technological race between the US and China. And Americans are increasingly scared of it. So we regulate it. We slow ourselves down. We spend half the conversation debating how dangerous it is. China is pushing adoption as fast as it can. And while all of this is happening, they send us pandas. It sounds stupid, but think about the average American. They aren't reading AI policy papers. They don't know which country has more compute, better models, or more power capacity. They just know AI feels scary and the pandas from China are cute. China gets to compete aggressively in AI while spending decades building soft power with the same country it's competing against. That is legitimately good marketing.
🚨 JUST IN: Xi Jinping announces China will be sending TWO Giant Pandas to the Atlanta Zoo, Ping Ping and Fuhuan "The giant panda has been an envoy of friendship between the Chinese and Americans. Here, I have a piece of good news. In a few days, two pandas, Ping Ping and Fuhuan will come to their new home in Zoo Atlanta and meet with the American people." I freaking love pandas. So I'm glad to hear this 😆

Something I've learned from running thousands of influencer campaigns: People massively overestimate how much a single piece of content changes someone's mind. Opinion formation is much more cumulative. You see something once and barely register it. A few days later you see a meme about it. Then someone explains it in an Instagram carousel. Then you get served an ad. Then a creator you actually trust mentions it without making it the focus of the video. Then you see people debating it in the comments. Then your friend sends you something about it. At some point, you start thinking about the idea yourself. That last part is what I find most interesting about persuasion. Getting someone to make a decision is largely about leading them down a path of internal retrospection. They need enough different inputs to question their existing assumption, consider the alternative, connect the dots themselves, and eventually feel ownership over the conclusion. The strongest persuasion often ends with someone thinking: “I came to this conclusion myself.” Our clients who understand this and wield it to their advantage and play by the rules of the game are winning uncontrollably right now.

Here is how to raise money on X: Step 1: Be an AI founder. It sounds the coolest. Step 2: Get your first client. Let’s say they pay you $20K/month. Step 3: Calculate your ARR. You made $20K today. There are 365 days in a year. $20K × 365 = $7.3M ARR. Step 4: Post your new ARR on X. “Just crossed $7M ARR.” Step 5: Raise at a 40–50x multiple. Step 6: Congratulations. You are now worth $300M. Welcome to the AI bubble.

Everyone will ask who was there. Very few will be able to say they were. The most coveted invitation of the week is one you won’t want to miss. The official KBW2026 closing reception, presented by @introductioncom in partnership with @factblock, brings speakers, heads of state, top creators, and founders together for an intimate, invite-only evening in Seoul. Limited space. Apply below.

I have like 100x friends who have wasted thousands of hours vibe-coding literal garbage. So much time evaporated. I think AI is going to create a generation of people who are incredibly good at building things nobody wants. The technology moat is gone But something else is disappearing with it: The hardship of building. Historically, it took months or years to turn an idea into a product. This was the most educational aspect. Every bottleneck forced a question. Every failed workflow exposed an assumption. Every customer complaint refined your model of the market. Every constraint forced you to understand the problem more deeply. By the time the product existed, the founder had accumulated hundreds of micro-insights that could not be prompted into existence. AI compresses that entire process. Idea → prompt → product. We removed the friction, but we also removed many of the mechanisms that produced insight. This creates a strange paradox: The easier products become to build, the more valuable judgment becomes. And judgment is largely a function of reps, failure, obsession and time. So I think AI massively widens the gap between the top 1% and everyone else. The best builders will use AI to compound hard-earned judgment at insane speed. Everyone else will use it to manufacture increasingly sophisticated versions of ideas that were wrong from the beginning. The moat is, knowing what deserves to be built.

ALL-IN SUMMIT RECAP: Last week, the All-In team was kind enough to host me and my team. I’ve been to a lot of conferences, and this was one of the few where it felt like someone had actually thought through the entire experience. The venue, speakers, food, people, dinners, after-hours events. Everything felt intentional. My full breakdown:

7. Night Three The closing reception was probably the most absurd setting of the week. It was hosted at billionaire Jeff Greene’s Beverly Hills estate. Buffet-style food, unlimited caviar, poker running throughout the night, and a ridiculous backdrop for the final night of the Summit. Very fitting ending.

Overall I’d strongly recommend All-In Summit to curious entrepreneurs. But I think you have to approach it correctly. If you walk into the Summit thinking, “How much business can I close in the next three days?” you’re probably approaching it wrong. The real value is getting a pulse on what smart people across completely different industries are thinking about, meeting people you otherwise wouldn’t encounter, and starting relationships that may become valuable two years from now. Treat it like a transaction and you’ll probably miss most of the value. Treat it as an opportunity to compound relationships, information, and curiosity, and it becomes a very different conference. I’ll definitely be back.
