NTSA's instant fines are causing confusion on Thika Road. Is the speed limit 50, 80, or 110 km/h? Nobody seems to know. Motorists are now crawling at 40 km/h across all lanes to avoid fines, creating so much confusion and increasing the risk of accidents. Enforcement without clear signage is not road safety.
