Just a random guy figuring out Web3.

September was a big month for @axisrobotics. Not because of one announcement, but because a lot of things started coming together. The data engine crossed 5M trajectories on Base and has now passed 6M, with 200K+ contributors behind it. The research side moved forward too. Axis showed how Embodied RSI can use data from deployed policies to train stronger successors, improving success from 22% to 52%. Their paper was also accepted into the Physical World Models workshop at IROS 2026. Then came the Open Axis Benchmark with @openroboto, built to keep evolving instead of relying on a fixed set of tasks. It already uses 6,000+ tasks and 5.5M+ trajectories. On the community side, the Challenger Program launched, the Kaito Creator Program entered Epoch 2, and the Binance Wallet campaign ended with 2,521 contributors, 477K+ task completions and 989 tasks covered. The Community Sale on Sonar also brought in 2,472 participants who committed 2.39M USDC, making it the most participated Sonar sale of 2026. Also Axis responded by announcing a bonus mechanism, 25% unlock at TGE for everyone, plus extra bonus tokens fully unlocked at TGE based on original committed amount before pro-rata dilution. Axis was also in Seoul for KBW, while Chris spoke with Brian Armstrong about the future of Physical AI. Conviction met proof this month. October's apparently bringing more. gAxis

Over 19,000 humanoid units shipped already, over 70% going straight to industry. Robots are not a future tech. They are here and now. One thing that doesn't seem to be changing however, is that model labs are consolidating and companies that are raising tens of millions for robotics data are continuously building more indoor capture rigs and warehouses. That focus scales one expensive room at a time, especially as real world deployment is quickly outpacing what those rigs can keep up with. Simpler answer, instead of building more rooms, is to utilize phones which are already being carried by people. @vangrid_io is taking that approach and the numbers are currently live on their explorer. 2.4M grid events, 1.18M captures, 4,365 attestations, and $544K+ in USDC settled, with 443K active nodes capturing. Every capture is batched into Merkle trees and anchored on Base roughly every 15-30 minutes, and fully verifiable. They are also demand driven. Bounties are posted for specific captures and funded by buyers. Contributors then capture it and get paid upon acceptance. Not emissions for showing up. We'll have to see if the phone based approach will actually close that gap in time with what is rapidly deploying.

Physical AI is growing, and you don’t need to own a robot or work in a lab to be part of that journey. The @axisrobotics × BinanceWallet campaign has officially come to an end, but the impact of community participation shows how much can be achieved when technology meets collaboration. From August 26 to September 23, the campaign recorded some impressive numbers: → 2,521 contributors earned points → 477,461 task completions → 989 tasks covered These numbers represent more than just activity. They show how people from different places can contribute to the development of Physical AI through accessible community-driven participation. The integration with Binance Wallet made the experience smoother with its keyless wallet functionality reducing friction for users who wanted to join and contribute. This is an interesting step toward making AI development more open where participation isn't limited to people with expensive hardware specialized equipment, or access to research facilities. Big thanks to everyone who took part in this campaign and helped push the ecosystem forward. And if you signed up during the campaign, keep an eye out for your badge. Your contribution is part of the bigger picture. Physical AI is evolving, and @axisrobotics is bringing more people into the process.
Privacy is becoming one of the most important pieces of onchain finance, and @primus_labs is exploring how to make it more practical. Think about how much financial information is exposed when you use DeFi. Wallet balances, transaction amounts, and activity patterns can reveal more than users might want to share publicly. Primus Labs is working toward a different experience where users can interact with onchain applications while keeping sensitive financial details private. Its Confidential Vault concept is particularly interesting because privacy doesn't have to mean giving up the ability to use your assets. The goal is to bring confidentiality into the financial workflow itself allowing users to explore transfers and yield opportunities with greater control over their information. For me, the future of DeFi isn't just about faster transactions or lower fees. It's also about giving users more choice over what they reveal and who gets to see it. Privacy should be part of the foundation, not an afterthought. That's why I'm keeping an eye on what @primus_labs is building.

An AI agent paid a human to go look at something in the real world. That already happened, it's not a future scenario anymore. @vangrid_io confirmed the first bounty from an agent has been paid out on Arc. An agent created the bounty, funded it in USDC, a contributor walked to the location, recorded it on their phone, submitted the capture, got paid. Full loop, completed once already. That's a meaningfully different moment than announcing a feature. Agents today can search the internet and read information, but none of that tells them what a specific place actually looks like right now. Online data goes stale, misses gaps, sometimes doesn't exist for a location at all. This gives an agent a different kind of question to ask, not "what's written about this place" but "can someone go there and show me." The payment structure matters here too, the bounty gets locked in USDC before the contributor even starts the job, so there's no ambiguity about getting paid for completed work. Small milestone on paper. But agents paying humans directly for physical world verification is a genuinely new category of economic activity, and it just had its first real transaction.

A lot of NFT collections stop at the artwork, but @0xCyberThrone is taking things a step further. Every holder gets access to downloadable assets that extend their CyberThrone robot beyond the NFT itself. From profile pictures and wallpapers to banners and other creative resources, these assets give holders more ways to express their identity across different platforms. What I like is the idea of turning a digital collectible into something you can actually use in your daily online presence. Your NFT becomes more than just an image sitting in your wallet. It becomes part of your personal brand and digital identity. Looking forward to seeing how the CyberThrone ecosystem continues to evolve.
Owning a @0xCyberThrone Genesis NFT is about more than just holding a digital asset. It also gives holders access to an exclusive collection of digital content that brings the CyberThrone universe closer to everyday life. Once you verify your NFT on the official website, you can unlock a dedicated download hub filled with exclusive resources, including high-resolution artwork, transparent PNGs, profile pictures avatars, mobile and desktop wallpapers, and custom banners for X and LinkedIn. But the experience goes beyond static visuals. Genesis holders can also explore a full-body rigged 3D model, the CyberThrone Activity Book, and the Dawn of CyberThrone music album adding more ways to experience the project's creative vision. What makes this interesting is how the NFT connects ownership with actual digital utility. Instead of simply displaying an NFT in a wallet, holders get additional content they can use, customize and enjoy across different platforms. As Web3 continues to evolve projects like @CyberThrone are exploring ways to make digital ownership more interactive and meaningful for their communities. Your NFT is not just something you own. It can also be your gateway to an expanding digital experience.

Most NFT projects give you the artwork and call it utility. @0xCyberThrone is building something I didn’t expect from an NFT project a digital library. Genesis holders will be able to access books through CyberThrone Library and even print them directly from the software. They’re also working on expanding it beyond just CyberThrone books. A robot PFP giving me access to a library wasn’t exactly on my NFT bingo card. gThrone

AI agents can now post physical-world data requests on @vangrid_io. An agent can request a specific 3D capture, fund the bounty in USDC, and put it on the board. Someone with a phone can then go to that location and capture it. Vangrid handles the reconstruction and settlement after that. Basically, an AI needs real-world data, someone goes out and collects it, and Vangrid turns that capture into usable 3D data. Physical-world data requests starting to look a lot more like API calls.

The history of @0xCyberThrone is definitely more subdued than a lot of other NFT projects, and that's why it's so interesting. The story goes, thousands of years after humans leave the planet, robots find ways to record and preserve memories of humans through drawings and stories. The robots document humans' ideas, feelings, and memories to preserve them for generations. The project presents 8,888 unique robots, and while each one is unique and provides a glimpse into different story lines and ideas, the project as a whole touches on preservation, loss, and legacy. From a purely aesthetic standpoint, the project draws from a wide array of pop culture and media including Star Wars, Transformers, and various other media and titles. The project is something that can bring a ton of utility and appreciation to the NFT space. The creators of 0xCyberThrone lay out an impressive framework in which they retain ownership of the project and characters, but allow project holders to produce and distribute various forms of media including art, animation, games, music, and other projects, as long as the Holders do not claim the project is endorsed by the creators. The Genesis collection will be available for a free mint on UnvaultXYZ. The project is an impressive piece of work, and well worth looking into. gThrone
