I’m pretty new to X, and I genuinely don’t know how people keep up with everything happening in tech on here without doomscrolling for hours 😭
a lot of my job is keeping up with what people in tech are talking about, so I have a @Replit Routine to do some of the scrolling for me.
I gave it a list of people in tech I actually want to keep up with and use the X connector. every morning it goes through their posts and gives me a brief of what’s actually worth knowing.
today it reviewed 252 posts.
252!!! I was absolutely not reading all of those myself 😭
now I kinda want to make one for YouTube and Instagram too...

An evolution of how @Replit mobile app has evolved over the years...
Some quick history:
The first version of the mobile app came out October 2022. Back then, Replit was still a very developer focused tool. Our mobile app was one of the first to make real developer workflows extremely easy to do on a mobile device. Even today, technical folks are surprised at the fact that you can take shell actions right from your mobile device.
So why the redesign?
Well, how often do you read your code when you develop now? 😀
Similarly, we noticed an opportunity to significantly simplify the experience so users can focus on what matters: chatting with the agent, creating tasks, and previewing their app - all while still being able to do nearly all the complex workflows you can do from the web experience. (Don't worry, you can still access all your tools 😉)
