My prediction: more buybacks. If borrowing costs stay high, pressure grows to lower rates.

My take: positive for payments. Mixed for investors.
✅ Qualifying stablecoin payment relief could remove tax friction from everyday spending.
✅ Clearer rules could give U.S. crypto businesses more confidence to build.
⚠️ Wash-sale rules would restrict selling crypto at a loss and immediately rebuying for the deduction.
⚠️ More tracking could complicate active trading.
⚠️ Stablecoin relief doesn’t mean tax-free $BTC, $ETH, or $XRP shopping.
The tradeoff: easier spending, tighter investing rules.
I’d watch wallets and payment infrastructure first; do not assume every token benefits.
