Having better problems is a great measure to your progress in life and business
Problems will always be there no matter what
But comparing my problems to 3 years ago vs now I’d way rather have my current problems

Everyone is building their own video gen tools
But I think more important is having your own internal management tool, to run your entire business
Your own trello board customized how you want it, with autorun triggering API's for production, a portfolio overview of your channels & adsense accounts, thumbnail generation triggers etc
The more you can have it simple in one tool with good overview and workflow, the easier it is to scale without getting overwhelmed
I always think of it like this, if I can make it so that my grandma could run it, it's made to scale 👵 🚀
