Here’s what great customer service looks like: Called Trader Joe’s to ask if they had a particular coffee. The person wasn’t sure, so they checked the shelves. Then offered to hold a bag for me. A little extra effort that gives someone a reason to come back. ☕

I was 15 when I wrote my first thing, in was coded in Basic back in 1986. Me and my friend built a chemistry school quiz system that had some quite complex feedback system. Pretty advanced for that time.
How old were you when you started coding? And what was the first thing you built? 👀

Unpopular take: you should still learn to code in 2026, just do not treat it as your only skill. It is like learning a foreign language, opens more doors for you.
