I do marketing for founders who hate marketing. Your product is good. People just aren't finding it yet. That's the whole problem I solve. Founders come to me with 400 github stars and 3 paying customers. Great product, Invisible distribution. I fix it three ways: - Reddit: your story where buyers actually hang out - SEO + Content: rankings + showing up in AI answers - Personal brand: people follow people, not changelogs I don't hand you a plan. I execute it with you. Some things i've pulled off: - 400k+ views on one reddit series. - 200 signups from a single reddit comment - 1M+ views on a zero-budget campaign - 19+ signups and paying customers in 28 days with SEO If this is you, DM me. Worst case you leave with a free diagnosis.

I watched a founder spend $80K across TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and email in their first 6 months. No product-market fit yet. Just guessing. They thought: more channels = more chances to find customers. They were wrong. What happened is: > Each channel has a different buyer. They never figured out which one was real. > Content that works on TikTok doesn't work on LinkedIn. So every post felt watered down. > They became the person doing marketing instead of the founder selling. Result: zero customers. Just metrics that looked busy. Then they killed everything except Reddit. In two months, they had 3 paying customers. All from Reddit. The thing nobody tells new founders: distribution depth beats distribution width. My prediction: founders who win in 2026 won't be the ones on every platform. They'll be the ones obsessed with one platform until they own it. Then expand. Not the other way around.

A 6-month marketing retainer at $4K a month costs $24K. a 30-day sprint costs $1,500. you can run 16 of them for the same money. here's why i sell the second one ↓

CommandChronicles, Reddit. 1,200+ website visits and 20+ pieces of feedback. Reddit became their #1 referral source. my own X account ran on the same system: ~500K impressions, 2K profile visits, 7 discovery calls.

at day 30 you get a results report with before and after numbers, and an SOP your team can run without me. the next 30-day plan comes with it. $1,500, one channel, one measurable goal. if you want to test which channel fits your company before you put real budget behind it, book a call: cal.com/rashi-umapathi/20min

your meetings are where the real decisions get made, and the records of them are still a mess. if that's you, you need to try @meetonbridge they're building the future of meetings: one place where humans and agents meet together. and there's a ton of features for everyone. founders, sales rep, marketing person, investor, you name it, there's a feature for what you need. bridge is changing the game of meetings. mind you, this is not just another meeting recorder. comment "Bridge" on the original for a free month.
Introducing Bridge (@meetonbridge): the future of human AI meetings. Bridge replaces legacy video conferencing and disparate meeting tools with one collaborative workspace built for teams and AI agents. At its core is a new infrastructure for agentic video conferencing, where humans and AI agents share conversations, context, intelligence, memory, and tools. Agents on Bridge are treated as teammates with their own identity, ability to operate privately in the background, contribute alongside people as meeting participants, and use conversations to get work done. Our proprietary reengineering of meetings into machine-legible environments enables AI to use conversational data for autonomous collaboration, workflow automation, and continuous learning. And Bridge extends beyond natively hosted meetings by capturing, centralizing, and standardizing conversations and context across other tools into one intelligent memory layer that AI can reason across and act on. As AI becomes part of how every company operates, meetings will become one of the most important interfaces between humans and AI. Bridge is the infrastructure for that future. Bridge is backed by InvestTN, investors from one of the largest investment services firms in the U.S., and an incredible group of angels who believe in the future we’re building. $29/month × 100 customers = $2,900 MRR $299/month × 10 customers = $2,990 MRR same revenue. very different company. 100 customers means 100 onboarding emails, 100 people who can churn over a $29 problem, and a support inbox that eats your tuesday. 10 customers, if 1 in 4 sales calls closes: 40 calls ÷ 5 calls a week = 8 weeks that's a quarter, with 10 people you can call by name and ask what they'd pay $500 for. most pre-seed founders price at $29 because they're scared of hearing no. the math says 10 yeses is a smaller job than 100.

If nothing seems to be working right now, keep going.

I'd take 20 founders who have the problem and read every post over 2,000 followers who like them.

Hi people, i'm Rashi. i do marketing for b2b saas, and ai startups, mostly on reddit and search. i came into it from data analytics and worked at 3 ai startups before going solo, so i measure everything i run. i do one 30 day sprint at a time: one channel, one goal, built and documented for $1,500. recent ones: 427K reddit impressions and 1.2K website traffic for a brand, and 600+ organic clicks and 19 trials in 28 days for secondbrain labs. i have 1 spot left for october. if you're a founder with a live product and no channel that reliably brings in the next customers, dm me "sprint". I will send the offer details.

new word 🧠 "GHOST LEAD" > reads 5 of your posts > checks your site > never fills a form > tells their cofounder "we should talk to these guys" you'll never see them in analytics they're also your best leads add "how did you hear about us" to every call. watch the ghosts show up 👻

open search console and sort your pages by clicks. next to the top 10, write who types that query: a student, a competitor, a journalist, or someone who could buy this week. when i do this with founders, we usually find one or two buyers on the list. the weekly traffic report is built mostly on the other eight.

my X account in august: > 47 posts and replies > 16,052 impressions > 198 profile visits > 24 new followers > 6 discovery calls > 1 client the post with the most reach 1,124 impressions got 9 profile visits. the one with 35 profile visits had 586 impressions and was me explaining how founders found me. i'm writing fewer frameworks this month and more posts about what happened on real calls.

the habit i kept from my data analytics days: i don't believe a claim about customers until i've seen 30 of them say it in their own words.
