Official account of the Reindustrialize Summit.

US Industrial Base
We want to thank @POTUS @WhiteHouse and @Freedom250 for this address to the REINDUSTRIALIZE summit. 90% of Americans want to manufacture more things at home, and we all understand the challenges ahead. This is what makes America great: our willingness to charge headfirst into the fray, reject stagnation, and reimagine the world around us through hard work, innovation, and industry. The future belongs to the BUILDERS. That is why we gather in Detroit: to honor the spirit, ingenuity, and grit of those who built before us, and to build anew for future generations of Americans. We have a generational opportunity to unite technology and manufacturing as the foundation for America's next 250 years. Thank you for your support Mr. President, we will never back down.

HELP ME BUILD THE MOST EPIC TEAM 🚀 Why you'd want to join @unltdindustries as our Founding Team Builder: 1) You get to work on something that actual matters. We are building big ass energy and construction projects. Come work on real infra 🏗️ 2) We are only 15 ppl, doing stupid revenue, and are guaranteed to be the most talent-dense group of humans you've ever worked with. 3) This is the most important role we are hiring for right now. Come work super closely with me and the leaders on our team to 2-3x the team as quickly as possible. 4) This is the only non-engineering role we're going to hire for before our next round of capital. Right now is such an incredibly good time to join (mega derisked but still so much influence given how small we are). You do NOT need to have any formal recruiting experience. You just need to self-identify as a savage have great energy, and want to do whatever it takes to massively build out this team. We are looking for someone creative who's obsessed with finding the most talented people in the world and introducing them to our story and mission. Apply/get in touch with me!
this is a cool role - @alexmodon & @TaraViswanathan are hiring a "founding team builder" in SF for @unltdindustries you'll help the 15-person team 2x in size by the end of this year this is a hunter role, not a process role - for someone obsessed with finding, meeting, and building genuine relationships with exceptionally talented people, and with convincing them to bet their career on a company and mission the JD literally says: "nothing at the company matters more right now than who we hire next, and you will work directly with our CEO and engineering leaders on it every single day" apply here: jobs.a16z.com/jobs/unlimited…

Only 6% of U.S. manufacturers use robots today. Mostly because they're too hard to use. We're changing that with the latest launch of Standard Bots OS. Applications engineer Jake Lenihan walks through how to quickly and easily make a routine with Standard Bots. Positions get stored as spaces. Variables track cycles and equipment states. Five step categories — moves and grippers, control logic, signals, operator prompts, and vision — snap together into a working program. Fewer clicks, faster programming from the ground up. No code. No robotics experience required.

We started Varda to build space drug factories. Going quite well; drugs headed to clinic. Turns out our capsule can also deliver cargo anywhere on Earth. Nice edge for Varda: we've actually flown our spacecraft vs pitching renders. $51.8m this year + $48.8m requested next year!
