Lost a trade on GBPUSD both on my personal funded account and prop account, took the loss next thing started making emotional decision entrying random trades it was so frustrating. Tho i only did this on my personal account

Well today was great and full of emotional decisions that ended bad for me. Oh 😩, well learnt my lessons moving on, unto the next. All i can say is protect 🛡your capital with your life, risk management is a skill of it own.

Yesterday had a buy bias on Gold, saw a trade but couldn't take it just because it didn't meet my criteria, price mitigated the 4hr ifvg using the type2 dealing range - price was sitting at the 25drt level but i need more confluence
