Totally bizzare situation:
The defendant kills the victim in a road-rage incident at a red light. The defendant’s sister then presents an AI video of the victim ‘forgiving the defendant’. The judge gives him 10 years. His defense team then says the AI video was improper and moves to invalidate the sentencing, which is granted.
What is even going on?
JUST IN: Arizona court throws out a road rage killer’s 10-year sentence after his victim’s family used AI to recreate him speaking directly to his killer at sentencing.
