The Terra Classic Nakamoto coefficient has fallen from 6 to just 5.
β οΈ That means only 5 validators now collectively control enough voting power to reach the critical 33% threshold.
This matters.
A lower Nakamoto coefficient means stake is becoming more concentrated, not more decentralised. Terra Classic's own validator documentation warns that large concentrations of voting power weaken the network and encourages delegators to move stake away from validators with excessive voting power.
