Two people. Same car. Very different resale experience. 🚗 Person A: “Here’s the complete service history.” “Oil changed here.” “Brake pads replaced here.” “Insurance renewed here.” “Here are all the invoices.” Person B: “Service history?” “Umm… I think it was done last year.” “Invoice? Maybe in WhatsApp.” “Which workshop? I don’t remember.” Then the buyer asks: “How do I know you actually maintained this car?” Now Person B is digging through old chats, emails, glovebox papers and bank transactions… Meanwhile, the buyer is thinking: “If the records are this messy, what else don’t I know?” The car might be well maintained. But if you can’t prove it, you may end up paying for that missing history at resale. That’s one problem Vehicle OS is trying to solve.

Day #4 of building in public Turns out, building isn’t the hard part. Getting people to care is. Today = Distribution. Building is only half the game. I’m experimenting with different ways to reach the right audience — testing hooks, content angles, and conversations instead of just posting and hoping. The goal: → Find where my audience hangs out → Understand what resonates → Learn what gets engagement → Double down on what works Still experimenting. Still learning. Building ≠ distribution.
