Fusion Flight’s Jet Quad is a compact VTOL drone powered by four microturbine jet engines. It runs on diesel, kerosene, or Jet-A fuel and uses thrust-vectoring for precise control. The drone is designed for emergency deliveries, border surveillance, and law enforcement.

This aircraft could transform cargo transportation by taking off and landing directly on water, without needing a runway. Called Eureka, it’s an autonomous amphibious aircraft from Bengaluru-based Aspera Industries that can carry up to 1,000 kg and fly up to 2,000 km. By removing the need for airports and runways, Eureka could enable faster and more flexible cargo delivery.

Delta Intelligence has introduced Delta-0, a humanoid foundation model designed to help robots coordinate walking, balance, and manipulation. Trained on more than 10,000 hours of human data, Delta-0 can perform everyday tasks such as making a bed, opening a dishwasher, picking up objects, and operating a trash can. The system combines a learned whole body controller, simulation, human corrections, and real world reinforcement learning to improve its ability to handle complex tasks.

At the WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 opening ceremony, 19 Unitree H2 robots performed alongside 120 dancers, even dancing with female partners. Chinese robotics company HopTo Technology built Hopcopter. The hybrid robot can hop and fly using a quadcopter and telescopic leg. It can jump up to 1.63m, aiding surveillance and inspection.
