Sooner or later, $TREAD reprices exponentially. People still don't see what @tread_fi is building. > The MM bot everyone talks about is less than 5% of the vision > What's coming next is far bigger than what's live today > Once the market catches up, the gap closes fast $TREAD to a billion.
we get compared a lot to perp DEX farming bots, but the reality has been that @tread_fi is an algorithmic and agentic trading platform that has done over $100B in volume for both institutional and retail users on CEXs and perp DEXs we respect the privacy of all of our institutional clients, so when a client like QRT comes out and partners, invests and endorses us, the validation comes with immense respect and trust from both sides it is difficult for me to read things like "tread is a vibe coded volume bot" when we have been relentlessly building things on such a bigger scale today i get to show you a peek at where we are and where we are going everyone, big or small, can and will trade better through @tread_fi

my goal is to make institutional crypto trading run through @tread_fi. let's onboard the next $100T
We are excited to announce that Qube Research & Technologies (QRT), the global multi-strategy investment manager, has backed and endorsed the institutional-grade infrastructure we are building for a market shifting toward digital assets. "The digital asset industry is undergoing a broader institutionalization, with professional trading firms and asset managers demanding higher standards around execution, control and operational resilience. We believe tread.fi is helping define that next generation of infrastructure through an institutional-grade, self-hosted platform that allows firms to retain control of their trading workflows and data while accessing an increasingly fragmented liquidity landscape. Our investment reflects our conviction in the team, the product and the long-term evolution of digital asset market structure." Read more about it on Bloomberg Terminal blinks.bloomberg.com/news/st…

Never farmed @Kinetiq_xyz S2. Simple reason: I thought @tradexyz was the better bet. In crypto, the unknown usually gives you the best risk to reward. Still had 4K Kpoints sitting there from when @tenorxyz gave me free volume as a referral reward, so my cost was basically zero. Claimed $KNTQ when it was worth about $1,300 and sold at $0.36 for $1,800. A $500 stimmy. Not great, not bad either. My guess is it bottoms somewhere 10–20% above $0.26. I don't see many people selling below that. Most have a cost to cover, and most won't sell at a loss. Still curious about the thinking behind this decision though. If everyone claims, the team gets around $13M. That's a solid stimmy for them to keep building.
The final kPoints have now been distributed. Your kPoints now allow you to claim KNTQ. kinetiq.xyz/kntq

CEO of tread @davidyjeong told me that his platform has handled $100 billion volume and about 30% of that was from DeFi exchanges like Hyperliquid. Does this mean tradfi hedge funds are coming to Hyperliquid and DeFi soon?

I don’t understand the point of invite code, if ref link gets priority for @arcus_xyz . If anyone is positing your Arcus invite code in x, others can use it to for their ref. So use your code wisely.

Some crazy volatility on the $TREAD pair over the last 24 hours. One wallet (0x83dbc7524ece5a0ce2c8233c93745d6c58cdf50b) drove most of it: > Sep 27: bought ~276k $TREAD at an average of ~$1.10, pushing price up to $1.40 > Then market sold the entire position for a loss, sending price down to $0.80 > Since then, price has recovered to around $1.00 What stands out is how the book handled it. No MM loan, no VC allocation, no exchange allocation, yet liquidity is thick enough to absorb size on both sides. If you need to buy or sell size, you can TWAP in or out with any of the @tread_fi algos.
Someone's been quietly TWAP buying $TREAD for days now, nonstop, 24/7. Fresh wallet, funded with $1.3M straight from Coinbase. Already bought around $335K worth and still going. It's also sitting on the bid providing a lot of buy side liquidity. You can watch it here: hypurrscan.io/address/0x5ef4… My guess is either an institution stacking toward the 1M stake to unlock the 100% fee discount, or a VC building a position. And it's not just this one wallet. > 7 new addresses now in the top holders > none of them got the airdrop > all of them bought from airdrop sellers That's what happens when you don't drag out a points farm. Only ~2,400 wallets were eligible, so most people ended up under-allocated. Those people become buyers after TGE. Run a farm for a year or two and everyone already has a bag, so nobody's left to buy. Circulating supply is only ~12M. A few buyers taking 1M each and there really isn't much left floating around. These also aren't flippers. If you're buying to stake for fee discounts, you're buying to actually use the platform, and Tread already has plenty of institutional clients and hedge funds on it. h/t @boldxbt for finding and tracking this first

Put together my thesis on stacking @entropyIO with a @tread_fi farm. Worth a read if you're looking for a profitable setup. Also got bumped up to tier 4 partner on Entropy, which changes what my ref gives you: > My ref: 100% of your HIP-3 fees paid back as rebate > Most other refs: 50% discount + tier 2 access Ref link: entropy.io/?r=noorucn

$TREAD price action could end up looking a lot like $BNB's. Same utility-driven demand, same type of team with no need to extract through the token. What drives BNB's price action: > Holder utility: Binance Alpha access, fee discounts > Exchanges buy BNB to get listed on Binance > Binance team holds a large share of supply > No need to extract through the token, the exchange business is already highly profitable Where $TREAD matches: > No staking inflation > Fewer than 2K holders, most of them highly aligned > Utility being built around the token via TIP : fee discounts, agent promotion, and exchanges buying $TREAD from the open market to get integrated > 8-9 exchanges have paid for integration so far, including past integrations > ~13M $TREAD in circulation with only 1 TIP live Launch structure: > No side-wallet selling at TGE > Airdrop went to everyone at the same time, no claim function > Team has shown no intent to extract The chart reflects that clean launch. TIP-2 is live for all users, introducing per-DEX leaderboards that rank traders by fee savings on each venue. Your trading volume on @tread_fi can now earn you a share of future DEX airdrops. How it works: > On builder-fee exchanges, your builder fee is discounted by your fee tier and $TREAD staked > Savings are measured fill by fill against the 2.5 bps base rate > Pool share = your savings on an exchange ÷ total savings of all traders there Example: > $1M 14-day volume → 2 bps fee (0.5 bps discount) > 100k $TREAD staked → additional 50% off → 1 bps fee > Net savings: 1.5 bps vs the 2.5 bps base Why it matters: If TREAD receives airdrops from these venues, distribution is based on your exchange share %. > TREAD holds a large amount of Nado points > Currently top 10 on the Pacifica leaderboard > If Hyperliquid airdrops to builders, it would follow the same model Fee share is calculated from September 21. Activity before that date is not counted.
Introducing TREAD Improvement Proposals (TIPs). TIPs will be how tread.fi provides utility for holders of the TREAD token. Going forward, Tread Labs will author and publish TIPs. TIP-1: Fee discounts. Hold TREAD in your Tread UOA wallet, pay less to trade. With fee tiers, the discount can be up to 80% of the fees. TIP-2: Tread Vault. All incentives/airdrops that tread.fi may receive from exchanges will be distributed to users based on their share of TIP-1 fee savings on that exchange. Stay tuned for more TIP releases in the near future. Details on TIP-1 and TIP-2 to follow shortly after TGE. Nothing in this announcement creates an entitlement, a claim on any entity's assets, or any representation about the price of TREAD.

I like @variational_io as a product. What I don't get is why everyone's so bullish on the tokenomics. 32% to the community is a good number. But only 18% is left for future seasons, grants and other community initiatives. Investors and the team hold big allocations. Anyone who wanted VAR exposure already has it, through an investor allocation or through points. So who's buying on the open market? I also don't see the revenue for meaningful buybacks. The real test is what happens once people stop expecting another airdrop. Do they keep using @variational_io? We'll see. Sincerely hope everyone cooks.

Went back through the $TREAD holder data. Three things stand out. > Three new names entered the top 10 holders — none of them had an airdrop allocation. All of it bought on the open market, average entries between $0.40 and $0.55. Whales building positions from scratch. > Meanwhile the recipients aren't moving: 8 of the top 10 airdrop wallets have sold nothing, and two of them bought more
 > Out of the top 50 recipients, only 5 have sold any part of their allocation. 45 have sold zero That is rare conviction for a token three days into trading. > Part of it is structural. No VC unlock schedule, no exchange overhang, and a team and founder people trust not to dump on them. Makes it a lot easier for size to sit still. > One more: 3,023,113 $TREAD — just over 3% of supply — was burned because users never registered for the Genesis Distribution.
