An NFT collection is βgoodβ when the floor price is high.
The idea makes sense because the floor is high.
The artist is talented because the floor is high.
The art is top tier because the floor is high.
KOLs who never supported you start showing up.
You get more attention and suddenly everyone is talking about the project.
But when the floor price is low:
The collection is bad.
The idea doesnβt make sense.
The artist isnβt talented.
The art is terrible.
Kols don't support instead they have a thing or two to say attacking you.
Itβs funny how much peopleβs opinions of an NFT project depend on its floor price.

Iβm one of the few accounts who will bull post a project first before asking for a collab.
Most of the time, I donβt even get the collab because the CM rejects it.
Other times, Iβll post about the project and never reach out for a collab at all.
A majority of people here prefer to secure the collab before posting. I do this too but probably only 4% of the time.
The other 96%? Iβll post first and ask for the collab later.
If I get rejected, okay.
If I get accepted, alrighty letβs cook. π

One of the most compelling parts about working at an ElonCo was the agility to pivot to whatever the most important problem was.
One day I said: I wasnβt hired to go after spam, but a tsunami is coming and Iβm going to drop everything to focus on that.
The org is so flat and agile that your title is basically meaningless. Anyone can sound the alarm about a problem and solve it themselvesβor rally the team to join them.
This is how startups work but itβs very hard to make it work in a larger company.

You can never advise a founder enough and have them actually listen to you. Sometimes, it feels like theyβre living in a world of their own.
Because thereβs no way on earth youβd go with that mint price if you spent even 3 minutes observing the market and thinking things through.
At this point, some of them just launch and hope some form of luck happens like itβs 2021/22.
