The idea of spending HOURS learning something new, just for you to fail miserably when taking action is frustratingly terrifying. But while everyone else floods their brains with endless content and ideas that make them mentally obese… This is the only antidote. Learn. Apply. Fail. Repeat. You have nothing to lose.

A strange paradox: Our access to information allows for endless self-education on whatever topic imaginable. But few people choose to learn. And fewer people apply what they learn. We’ve become dopamine and information gluttons. Who would’ve thought?
3
The smartest people aren’t necessarily well read or articulate. They’re masters at pattern recognition and problem solving across multiple areas of life.
The quality of your ideas have less to do with the how much you learn and more to do with your clarity of mind. Unplug. Go for a walk. Sit in silence. Learning is important. But if you don’t allow time for ideas to brew, then it doesn’t matter.
7
You can’t think for yourself if you don’t spend time in solitude. Don’t isolate, but take space. Reflect. Assess. Brainstorm. Only in stepping away can you gain clarity on what really matters.

Most people think we only have access to 10% of our brains. But that's misleading. You actually use most of our brain throughout the day. The issue is you're not using it well. So you try new morning routines, focus techniques, and mental "hacks" to be more productive. Thing is, you don't need this. Instead of trying to access more of your brainpower by adding new things, remove what's holding you back. - Like cutting out doom scrolling - Like cutting out late-night TV binges - Like cutting out constant notifications Whatever the case might be… cut the fluff before trying something new to rebuild your focus.

98% of problems are projections from your unconscious mind onto the world around you. - Anxieties - Insecurities - Limiting beliefs Your mind distorts reality, then convinces you it’s true. Don't let it. Curate the worldview that'll serve you, not destroy you.

The simplest thing you can do to think differently is read "unrelated" books. My favorite topics: - History - Religion - Neuroscience - Quantum physics - Depth psychology Your willingness to explore new books determines the impact and DEPTH of your thoughts. Start exploring.

Everyone talks about morning routines, how many DMs to send daily, and the newest AI model. Sure, that's cool. But nobody talks about the mental toll of building something meaningful. - The sleepless nights wondering if you're wasting time. - The imposter syndrome that hits when you're finally gaining momentum - The isolation of outgrowing friends who don't align with the "new you." It's taxing. You're optimizing your life for maximum output and tracking metrics but ignoring the psychological game entirely. Keep in mind: If you sacrifice the mind game for more "business success," you're bound to lose both. Strike a balance.

The highest ROI thing you can do right now for mental clarity: Put down the phone, walk for 30 minutes in nature, and return with ENDLESS ideas to write about. But the one thing stopping you? Your mind. Don't let it run your life on autopilot. Choose to act differently.

If you want to be someone with: - Laser sharp focus - Critical thinking skills - Top 1% mental clarity Adopt the identity of someone who has all these attributes. Your brain creates neural pathways that make identity-consistent behaviors automatic. Create change internally.

You can outwork everyone and still lose if your mind isn’t aligned. Most people spend all their time: - Outlining new offers - Sending endless DMs - Writing the “perfect” email Of course, these matter. But they’ll never move the needle if your mind isn’t backing them. Here's what I mean: A low-confidence person can send hundreds of DMs but still struggle to convert. Maybe there's a strategy issue. But in many cases, it's because others can feel the desperation, neediness, and "lack" they're radiating. Meanwhile... Someone with certainty can do less and convert more because their energy tells the truth their words can’t fake. Here's the shift: Adopt the thoughts and feelings of the person who already has what you want. Real results start in the mind.

4 years ago, I couldn't focus for more than a few minutes without becoming distracted. My attention span was cooked. But it didn't seem like such a huge deal because I wasn't doing anything "that meaningful" with my life. Then, everything changed. One night, I got inspired after watching Pulp Fiction, so I decided to write a story. 2 hours passed. Then 3. I closed my laptop later in the night, wondering where the hell the time had gone. That's when I realized… I was in flow. If you want to experience these "flow states" regularly in your creative or business work: Ensure the work is meaningful to you. Most people think flow just "happens" randomly, like catching lightning in a bottle. Not true. When you're doing work that aligns with your interests AND enjoy what you're doing, achieving this state comes easy. You can't force yourself into flow doing something your soul rejects. That night writing? I wasn't trying to impress anyone with my random fictional story. It was pure creation. So, keep in mind: If every task feels like a struggle, you're either doing the wrong work or approaching it the wrong way. The work that puts you in flow is the work worth building your life around.

Life-changing realizations don't come from sitting in front of a screen 24/7. They come from unplugging. Yes, do your deep work. But then relax. Walk in a park, cook a fancy meal, sit in meditation… anything. Let your brain rest.

If you can't focus, here are 3 changes to fix your broken attention span: - Identify your attention stealers - Ruthlessly cut them out & replace - Progressively overload long-form content That's what I did to rewire my brain for 90-minute deep work blocks. You can do the same.

Replace 2 hours of TV every night with: - 60 minutes of exercising - 30 minutes of learning - 30 minutes of meditation You'll be shocked at how quickly your life improves with these few small changes.

Your perspective shapes reality. But how come so many people hope, dream, and pray for a life they want but never get to experience it? Lack of conviction. Create alignment between your thoughts, emotional beliefs, AND actions if you want real change. This is the foundation.

If you're new to creative work and want big results quickly… Lower your expectations. Not because it's "impossible" to achieve your goals in a short period, but because what you want right now will change. Here's what I mean. 3 years ago, I began posting on LinkedIn. My goal was to get a bunch of ghostwriting clients and travel the world. - I landed clients - I made money - I traveled (a bit) But then I soon realized that I hated creating LinkedIn posts because it was boring and repetitive. I pivot to email marketing. Building an agency became my "big goal" to pursue... until I got bored of doing that full-time with a handful of clients in random niches. And here we are. Never in a million years did I ever think I'd be posting about the topics I've shared in the last few weeks here. But things change. My point with this: Don't focus so much on the goals you're set to achieve. Just enjoy the path of learning, creating, and upskilling.

How to suck at life: - Constantly indulge in cheap pleasures - Never reflect on your circumstances - Follow someone else's plan To most people, this is the norm. But if you want a life most people don't experience, you must willingly do the things most people don't do.
