this is amazing. we've been dogfooding it at merge and loving it 10x improvement
Introducing Merge’s Universal Context Layer. It substantially decreases token cost while increasing accuracy. Every company uses AI wrong: Say your designer makes a deck using Claude. They teach Claude your design systems and typography. Now a Marketing hire makes a deck. None of the information your designer taught Claude gets passed over… why? Merge fixes this: All knowledge and memory across your entire company gets stored inside our context layer. When someone on the org teaches Al, that skill lives across the entire organization instead of staying locked in their session. Your AI runs faster, cheaper, and with more accuracy. You don’t have to switch systems, incur more costs, or retrain anyone on your team, Merge runs invisibly in the background. Book a demo here: merge.dev/merge-for-workforc…

September flew by at Merge. Between our billboards, Lenny & Friends Summit, and 8+ dinners, we still found time to ship: Universal Context Layer, new models on Gateway, Batch Requests, and Self-Hosted Models. Stay tuned for what we've got cooking in October.

Thanks to Jev, you can now write workflows in plain English and run them instantly like code. I spent the day feeding it descriptions of tasks and it spit out workflows across hundreds of apps faster than I could read them. An agent could do this already, in 30 seconds, for a dollar, differently every run. Jev does it in two seconds, for free, the same way every time.

Ads are measured by recall and this one is burned in my brain, so 10/10 for promiscuous Claude.

We’re proud to partner with @merge_api on the launch of Universal Context Layer in Merge for Workforce, a new solution unifying ground truth from within a company’s internal tools with broad context from the open web, powered by Parallel.

Merge’s Universal Context Layer is looking like a real contender for GOAT status in AI connectivity. It turns every employee’s AI lessons into shared company knowledge, cutting token spend while lifting accuracy for the whole org—like a franchise QB who makes the entire roster better every snap.
