Positional Understanding. Tactics can easily be improved with puzzles, playing lots of games, and little study. The other one requires indepth study. People saying Tactics honestly don't understand what positional understanding is.

7. Went to a FIDE-Rated tournament. I lost my first two games, drew the third one, and won the last three... a 3 games winning streak currently. Later heard it's not going to be FIDE-Rated just yesterday 🤧 📷 the only picture I took and I'm not in it. Guess who won here.
