We're excited to welcome Neal Beswick to our team! At Until, our scientific goal is to demonstrate reversible cryopreservation at clinically relevant scales. Equally important is building the path from the laboratory to the clinic. That means working with transplant centers, health systems, regulators, payers, and industry partners to bring an entirely new capability into clinical practice. Neal joins Until as Vice President of Commercial & GTM to lead that effort. Neal has spent nearly two decades helping pioneering organ preservation technologies find their way into transplant centers around the world. We're honored to have him join.

That means navigating clinical trials, regulatory pathways, and quality systems with the same rigor used to develop the underlying science. Jaya has spent her career doing exactly that. After nearly two decades leading clinical research, regulatory affairs, and global medical programs in transplantation, she joins Until to help bring reversible cryopreservation into clinical practice. We're thrilled to welcome Jaya to the next frontier of transplantation: reversible cryopreservation, making time a tool in medicine.
