Because usage on your primary dot is virtually unlimited at the moment, I can’t really give a reset. I need to come up with something new fast.

He means the primary Dot’s own chats and direct work (on its cloud computer) currently don’t draw down your regular ChatGPT/Codex limits—they’re effectively unlimited for now. Only tasks it starts in Codex or ChatGPT Work count against your plan. That’s why there’s nothing to reset for the Dot itself.
