Someone bounties that door, someone walks past with a phone, the fingerprint of the take sits on Base. A citywide map is late when the problem is one door that changed. Survey cars are built for the main road. The sidewalk, the stairwell, the inside of a dock show up late, if they show up. Whatever changed yesterday does not exist for the model until the next pass. A stale map is annoying for a person. For a machine that has to go through that door, the same lag is a collision. What changed near you that still isn’t on any map?

It computes a fresh receiving address for that payment. Only the two people in the payment can derive it. Only the recipient can spend what lands there. That is the Send-to-Name mechanic @Americanfort_io actually shipped. The payment still settles on the chain you were already using. No new chain. No pool. An explorer shows a receiving address. It does not show a directory from the name to a permanent wallet, a balance, and a history. The name can stay easy to share. The address should not be a standing invitation. Reusing one public wallet is how a single payment turns into a profile. A one-time address cuts that link for that payment. It does not make either of you anonymous to each other. The recipient’s wallet can still show the sender’s name. I care less about the label and more about what a stranger can infer after the transfer confirms. What should an outsider be able to see on a payment you did not send them: the amount, the name, the balance, or none of it? @Americanfort_io
